My career has focused on turning procurement into a strategic advantage by combining disciplined sourcing, operational execution, and digital transformation. I have led regional and global initiatives across complex environments, balancing commercial performance with long-term business needs.

During my time with The Coca-Cola Company, I supported procurement and transformation initiatives involving large spend portfolios, multi-country operations, supplier performance programs, and enterprise systems modernization.

More recently, I have advised organizations on strategic sourcing, procurement process improvement, and digital enablement, including SAP Ariba and broader source-to-pay initiatives.
